Ace Forged LLC ("Ace Forged," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website afwheelz.com and sells custom forged aluminum wheels and related products. By placing an order, paying a deposit, or using this site, you ("Customer" or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Every wheel sold by Ace Forged is built to order to the specifications the Customer approves before production begins, including but not limited to diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, finish, milling, engraving, and cap branding. Because each set is custom-manufactured for a specific customer and rig, wheels are not resellable inventory and cannot be returned to stock.
All sales are final. Ace Forged does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations for any reason once a deposit has been paid. This includes but is not limited to:
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Final balances are due before pickup or shipping and are also non-refundable once paid. This no-refund policy is a condition of our pricing model and is disclosed before every order.
A minimum deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total order is required to start production. The remaining balance is due before the wheels leave our facility or are handed off. Ace Forged accepts payment methods communicated at the time of quote. All amounts are quoted and payable in U.S. Dollars. Any payment processing fees, chargeback disputes, or bank-related costs incurred by the Customer are the Customer's responsibility.
Chargebacks: Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal filed on a completed and delivered order will be contested with full documentation of these Terms, the approved specs, and delivery confirmation. Customers who initiate wrongful chargebacks agree to reimburse Ace Forged for all associated fees, legal costs, and collection expenses.
Before production begins, the Customer will confirm final specs in writing (text, email, or DM). It is the Customer's sole responsibility to verify:
Once the Customer approves specs and pays a deposit, production begins. Any errors in Customer-provided specs are the Customer's responsibility and are not grounds for refund, replacement, or credit.
Typical lead time is 15 to 30 days from deposit received to wheels shipped or ready for pickup. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Forging, CNC machining, finishing, shipping, and customs can be affected by factors outside our control. Lead time delays are not grounds for refund or cancellation under Section 2.
Shipping quotes are provided at time of order and are separate from wheel pricing unless bundled in writing. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer when the product is picked up in person or handed to the carrier for delivery. Ace Forged is not responsible for shipping damage, carrier delays, or theft in transit. Freight claims must be filed by the Customer with the carrier. Wheels must be inspected upon receipt; any visible freight damage must be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Ace Forged wheels are covered under our published warranty at afwheelz.com/warranty. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from off-road use, impact, curb rash, corrosion from improper cleaning, aftermarket modifications, improper installation, or normal cosmetic wear. Warranty claims do not entitle the Customer to a refund; the sole remedy is repair or replacement at Ace Forged's discretion.
Forged wheels are handmade. Minor variation in finish, milling pattern, brushed texture, and color between wheels or between sets is normal and is not a defect. Renders and photos shown at time of quote are representative, not exact. Small cosmetic variation is not grounds for refund, return, or credit.
All Ace Forged designs, wheel names ("Jackal," "Blackjack," "Big Tex," "Vector," "Gambler," "Double Down," "Dice Roll," "Spade," "8 Ball," and others), logos, renders, photos, and site content are the property of Ace Forged LLC. Do not copy, reproduce, or resell without written permission. Customer-submitted logos or artwork remain the Customer's property; by submitting, Customer grants Ace Forged a license to use the artwork solely to manufacture and market the ordered product.
Ace Forged's total liability on any order is limited to the amount the Customer paid for that order. Ace Forged is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost use of vehicle, tow costs, rental costs, mounting/balancing/labor costs, lost revenue, or emotional distress. Customer assumes all risk related to installation, mounting, and use of the wheels on public roads or off-road terrain.
Wheels must be installed by a qualified professional using proper torque specs and hub-centric hardware where required. Ace Forged is not responsible for damage, injury, or vehicle failure caused by improper installation, incorrect hardware, or Customer-modified fitment. Fitment issues caused by the vehicle or by Customer-provided specs are not covered under Section 2.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to an Ace Forged order shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Customer waives any objection to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.
